Massage cream into damp or dry skin until fully absorbed. Follow with SPF. For best results and maintenance use morning and night.

Facial Use:
-Daytime: apply a very thin layer after the face cream, but before your SPF. Be sure to allow for full absorption before applying SPF.
-Nighttime: use as your last step for slugging after applying face cream.
Body application: for ultimate hydration, use this as your daily moisturizer, or as a dry skin spot treatment.

HYDRATION OIL
This oil is the perfect multi-use product for your face, body and scalp. If using for your face, alternate between the based on your preference

For the scalp: recommended use 2-3x per week:
- Part your hair and run the dropper through the scalp applying the oil directly on the problem area
- Massage into scalp until absorbed
- Wash it out in the shower or leave it on overnight as a scalp mask
