How to Use
Start with a clean face or body and prep with an oil or lotion - we love using our Hydration Repair Honey Salve for our face and our Lotus oil for our body.
Body Use:
○ Gently glide the stone over your whole body towards your heart with gentle motions. Use the rounded edge to hug contours like the neck, arms, and legs. The defined edge is to target tight muscles.
Face Use:
○ To begin, apply light pressure with a sweeping motion on your neck in order to clear the lymph passageways before moving to your face so they can be drained.
○ Next start at the center of your chin and sweep upwards toward the outer edges of my face. Repeat until you reach your cheekbones.
Step 4: Repeat the vertical sweep on your forehead starting from the middle of your face and moving outwards.
Step 5: Lastly, using the smaller curve, sweep horizontally from under your eyes toward your temple. Repeat on both sides and then follow the same pattern down your nose to complete the routine.
